Eric Barone, developer of Stardew Valley (also known on social networks under the pseudonym ConcernedApe), does not seem to be slowing down the pace regarding the follow-up to Stardew Valley. The game continues to receive updates, and the PC version recently upgraded to version 1.6.15.
True to form, the developer first deploys updates on PC, before adapting them to different consoles, including Nintendo Switch. However, don't panic for our excellent Nintendo Switch version, since the developer has announced that it is working to update the latter (as well as the other consoles) to catch up with the PC version as soon as possible.
Here are the patch notes shared by ConcernedApe on social networks for the PC version. The version Nintendo Switch will naturally include some specific adjustments to correct bugs specific to Nintendo's hybrid console:

Hello everyone, and thank you for visiting NintendoPassion. Currently alone and volunteering on the site, I am not a journalist and I am very far from being one! I decided to create this site, being a video game and Nintendo enthusiast with whom I grew up for so many years already. I started my adventure with the NES and, since then, it's been a story that has lasted. If you ever see typos, do not hesitate to contact me via the “Contact” menu. Thank you again for your visit, and I hope to see you soon. Good game everyone!
