The suspect in the killing which left five dead on Saturday December 14 in Loon-Plage and Wormhout (North) was indicted this Tuesday, announced the public prosecutor of Dunkirk, Charlotte Huet, during a press conference.

The classification of “assassination” was retained for the former employer of the main suspect as well as for the two security agents. For the last two crimes, concerning the two Iranian migrants, the charge of “murder followed by another crime” was retained.

Around fifteen weapons found

“The weapon mainly used for the murders is a 44 caliber rifle,” explained the public prosecutor of Dunkirk. “A hunting rifle was also used,” she added.

In total, five weapons were found in his vehicle, and “12 firearms” were discovered during a search of his home.

Murders committed within two hours
