“Galère” in the country stations: many trains will still be deleted this Tuesday evening

Several trains have had to be removed since Monday morning due to an excessive number of patients in the SNCB rolling staff. We learn this Tuesday afternoon that cancellations are still in progress.
“It is the galley not to say ‘the brothel’ at the central station of Brussels, all the trains in directions of Mons and others are deleted without being explained to us!” We reported Isabelle this Tuesday afternoon. Ditto for Abdal who notes “Several trains and routes removed today.”
The concerns continue for the country’s commuters. This Monday, already, many trains were removed due to a large number of absences for illness. These cancellations are continuing on Tuesday. In addition to the stops, the SNCB evokes “causes techniques”especially because of “Cable flights” et “Intrusion on the tracks”.
The SNCB spokesperson does not confirm any concerns at the level of the Brussels region but claims that trains cuts are to be deplored in the Namur, Mons and Charleroi sectors. “The connection between Namur and Ottignies is strongly impacted”, we are told. Replacement buses have been set up. Other vehicles should also establish the connection on the most impacted areas.
The “galley” For travelers is obviously not close to finished on Tuesday. “We still have to expect deletions during the rest of the day”we are told at the SNCB. Disturbances are possibly expected this Wednesday, “Without any guarantee”.
The Belgian railway company invites youers to consult the SNCB website and the application. “You must also be attentive to the signs at the station.”
