Selim Olivier was arrested there on June 25, boulevard Gorbella, following the report of a 16-year-old girl. The teenager denounces sexual acts suffered in the elevator of her residence. His cries would have put his attacker to flight, found by the police with the help of CCTV cameras.

According to a judicial source, the investigating chamber ordered “the maintenance of Selim Olivier under house arrest with the same obligations” than those provided for by its judicial review. She did, however, add a notable one: “The ban on showing up in the town of Nice”.
This decision satisfies Me Sollacaro. Especially since the defense had taken the lead. Faced with the concern of his neighborhood, the suspect “moved from Gorbella and left Nice. We even asked the judge to ban it!”.
Selim Olivier nevertheless remains in the region, where he works, at an unknown address.
