This Wednesday, January 22, the Indre-et- gendarmerie launched a call for witnesses in order to find the perpetrators of a burglary of an armory, which occurred three days earlier in Notre-Dame-D'Oé. The criminals fled after the incident and an investigation is underway.

The Indre-et-Loire gendarmerie published a call for witnesses this Wednesday, January 22 on its X account. This comes after the burglary that targeted a gun store located in Notre-Dame-D'Oé.

Through this appeal, the soldiers are looking for testimonies in order to be able to question the perpetrators.

It has already been established that the suspects fled after the burglary “on board a Peugeot vehicle, type 205, red in color”.

This vehicle was “abandoned and set on fire, route de Cerelles, in Saint-Antoine-du-Rocher, near the sewage treatment plant” located near the A28 motorway, the notice further specifies.

“The gendarmerie of La Membrolle-sur-Choisille is looking for anyone who can provide information to the current investigation and in particular those located on rue Gustave Eiffel in Notre-Dame-D'Oé in the 4:15 a.m./5:15 a.m. time slot and in the area of ​​the Saint-Antoine wastewater treatment plant -du-Rocher in the 5:15 a.m./7 a.m. time slot,” we can read.
