The bill aims to modify the provisions of articles 74 and 75 of law n ° 38.15, with a view to adapting the judicial organization to the regional and administrative division by ensuring an equitable distribution of the commercial and administrative jurisdictions throughout the national territory, the aim being to bring justice closer to the litigants and to rationalize the judicial map, explained Mr. Baitas.
