Ricoh Switzerland announces two changes within its management. Enrique Ruiz takes on the role of Director Direct Sales and Laura Crawford is named Head of Finance & Administration.

Ricoh Switzerland announces changes within its management. The former Head of SMB (small and medium-sized businesses), Enrique Ruiz, will now occupy the position of Director Direct Sales, as communicated by the company. This personnel change is accompanied by a new structure of the Ricoh Switzerland sales organization, which includes the areas Direct Sales, Indirect Sales, International & Global Accounts, Ricoh Graphic Communications and Office Services.

Enrique Ruiz has worked at the printing services and solutions provider for over 13 years. Before occupying this position, he held the positions of Key Account Manager and Head of Major Accounts. As Head of SMB, Enrique Ruiz succeeds Thomas Szegö, who will leave Ricoh Switzerland at the end of January 2025. The next step in his career will be announced in February, the company indicates upon request.

In addition to Enrique Ruiz, Laura Crawford will join the management of the Swiss division of the Ricoh group at the beginning of January 2025, as Head of Finance & Administration. She also already has several years of experience at Ricoh Switzerland. Laura Crawford joined the company around 10 years ago as team leader of management control, before taking up her most recent role as Head of Finance & Controlling. In her new position, Laura Crawford will assume an interface function between Lake Solutions, a Ricoh subsidiary, and Ricoh Europe, the press release added. His predecessor, Torsten Seifert, held the position of Head of Finance Acquisition at Ricoh Germany, Ricoh Switzerland told the editorial staff.

The two new members of management will report directly to Daniel Tschudi, Ricoh CEO for the Swiss and Austrian subsidiaries.
