Ten middle school students were awarded their introductory diplomas to tableware and culinary arts professions, following a session of Paul-Bocuse workshops at the CMA Formation in Mende.
Ten young people aged 11 to 14 have followed eight training workshops in tableware and culinary arts professions since the beginning of November at the CMA Formation in Mende (formerly CFA Henry-Giral). They were notably introduced to baking.
Create vocations
On Wednesday January 22, 2025, they received their diploma, in the presence of Florence Vignal, the president of the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of Lozère. The opportunity for catering professionals to pass on their knowledge to these young apprentices, and why not to create vocations.
