On the occasion of the International Catering, Hotel and Food Exhibition (Sirha), which will be held from January 23 to 27, 2025 at Eurexpo and during which 200,000 visitors are expected, the TCL network is deploying a tailor-made system to facilitate access to the site and encourage the use of public transport.
Reinforced T3 and T5 lines
The T5 line will see its frequency increased. It will run every 6-7 minutes until 8:00 p.m., then every 10-15 minutes between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., before switching to a 17-minute interval after 9:00 p.m.
The N100 shuttle bus will provide the connection between Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie and Eurexpo. It will ensure a departure every 4 minutes.
Finally, line T3 will benefit from additional frequency on January 25 and 26. On Saturday 25, it will run every 8:30 minutes in the morning and every 7:30 minutes in the afternoon, while on Sunday 26, it will run every 10 minutes from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
-“An important human device”
“An important human system will also be deployed to guide and support travelers and thus ensure optimal flow management,” TCL specifies in a press release.
