You haven’t yet chosen your destination for this year? Here are the ones that the Swiss will prefer in 2025, according to travel agencies. Maybe it will inspire you or scare you away.

Where will the Swiss travel in 2025? The classics, such as Spain, Italy, Greece and Southeast Asia, will always enjoy great popularity. But more exotic destinations, particularly in Africa and the Far North of Europe, are increasingly popular.

We asked the country’s major travel agencies for the hottest destinations. Here are the winners per season from Hotelplan Suisse, Interhome, Globetrotter and Kuoni/Helvetic .

Spring

In spring, sunny regions take the lion’s share. Among nearby destinations, Italy, Spain and Greece are favorites, while outside Europe, Egypt, Thailand and the Maldives are particularly in demand. Added to this is North America.

Holiday houses and apartments are always full in Italy, explains the Interhome reservation platform. Hotelplan Suisse, for its part, mentions cruises. They allow you to discover different places both comfortably and on the water.
