Friday January 10, activists met in Cressia, on the site of the future ground-mounted photovoltaic power plant which should see the light of day away from the village. From this hill, you can see Cressia Castle, home to the Cours Notre-Dame de l'Annonciation and its 180 students from kindergarten to high school.
Located in the countryside, on dry lawns surrounded by uncultivated areas, the photovoltaic project with a surface area of 6.4 ha is supported by RWE Renewables France. The same company which is leading a similar project, covering an area of 15 ha, in Pimorin.
