An increase in exports expected at 7.7% in 2025

Moroccan exports of goods and services should record an increase in volume of 7.7% in 2025, after an increase estimated at nearly 8% in 2024, according to forecasts from the High Commission for Planning (HCP) published in its Economic Budget forecast for 2025. This performance is based on vigorous international demand, which continues to support the Kingdom’s main export sectors.

Morocco’s global professions, particularly automobiles and aeronautics, would have experienced strong momentum in 2024 thanks to increased demand from international partners. This positive trend is expected to continue in 2025, consolidating Morocco’s place as a competitive industrial hub and exporter in these strategic sectors.

Exports of phosphate and its derived products, which benefited from sustained demand in 2024, are expected to slow down in 2025 due to the base effect.
