The Gard political movements, Democratic & Social Left (GDS), Gagner dans le Gard, Ensemble-MAGES, Génération·s Gard and L'après announce the birth of “Unitaires Gard”, at the heart of the New Opular Front.

They cry that “The Union is not an option”five political movements “from the left and ecology, engaged in the New Popular Front, we want to pool our forces to win against the representatives of the extreme right, against neo-liberal policies and open up hope for a better life “they say through a press release.
“This pole, continues the press release common to the five movements, aims to defend the union of progressive forces but also to make audible, visible, credible, in the Gard the proposals of the social, ecological and civic left as requested by citizens. To do this, we propose a method and an operation where each political entity participates equally in decisions.”
-“We will support social, ecological and feminist struggles and we will participate in them, pursue the five movements as priority axes. We will be on the ground to maintain public services, because they bring social bonds, equal opportunities and support to the most deprived, everywhere, for their free and universal access and their strengthening.”
The signatory movements therefore call on the other components of the Left “to work with our differences on what brings us together”.
