“The first flight took off from Mohammed V airport today at 4:20 p.m. This new air route is scheduled with three weekly flights aboard Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner type aircraft with a capacity of 302 seats, including 26 in Business Class,” indicates a RAM press release.
Flights will be scheduled to depart from Casablanca every Monday, Thursday and Saturday at 4:20 p.m. (local time) for landing the next day at Beijing International Airport at 11:55 a.m. (local time). Departures from Beijing will be made on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday at 1:55 p.m. (local time) for an arrival in Casablanca at 8:10 p.m. (local time).
The resumption of the first direct route linking Morocco and China represents a major opportunity for the development of Moroccan tourism, as well as the strengthening of economic and commercial relations between the two countries.
