To participate in an event, all participants must have registered in advance and an official identification card (issued by a government entity) must be presented at the event reception. In addition, the use of metal detectors is now mandatory before entering the event site and all personal effects must be left in the cloakroom; no coats, bags and umbrellas will be allowed on the event premises.
