Mondelez Maroc ranks 2nd – Today Morocco

Mondelez is ranked 2nd best employer in Morocco.

According to the Top Employers Institute survey which evaluates companies in twenty different areas, including HR strategy, work environment, talent management and diversity, equity and inclusion, Mondelez Morocco reconfirms its place as second best employer in Morocco, as it was last year. “We are delighted to be certified for the 4th consecutive year as a Top Employer,” says Othmane Nadifi, general manager of Mondelez Maroc.

And added: “We are particularly proud to be in 2nd place on the podium for the 2nd year in a row. A consecration that gives us impetus to move forward and continue to meet the challenge of maintaining our company as a Top Employer. This recognition is the result of hard work that local teams have strived to build over the years. It should be noted, among other things, that the engagement rate of Mondelez Maroc employees stands at 89% over the last two years. This result propels the Moroccan subsidiary of the world leader in snacking to 1st place on the podium in terms of commitment in its region.
