The distinguished personalities of the Legion of Honor and the National Order of Merit, a total of 1,702 names, were revealed in the Official Journal on Saturday January 18. In Loire-Atlantique, four people were decorated.
Bruno Hug de Larauze
Former CEO of the Idea Logistics group and former president of the Pays de la Loire Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nazairian Bruno Hug de Larauze was promoted to Knight of the Legion of Honor.
Yves Daniel
Yves Daniel, former mayor of Mouais (1995-2017), general councilor from 1998 to 2012 and deputy (PS then LREM) for the 6th constituency of Loire-Atlantique (Châteaubriant-Ancenis) from 2012 to 2022, was also made a knight of the Legion of Honor.
Loïc Cantin
-Finally, promoted to the same grade, Nantes resident Loïc Cantin, co-founder of the Nantes Atlantique real estate club, then departmental and regional president of Fnaim (National Real Estate Federation). He becomes the national president in October 2022.
Nelly Sorin
Furthermore, Nelly Sorin, mayor (without label) of Vieillevigne, president of Clisson Sèvre and Maine agglo and departmental councilor (Democracy 44 group) was promoted to knighthood in the National Order of Merit on the proposal of the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS). She sits there as an administrator.
