The services of the Ministry of Equipment in the province of Ifrane have been hard at work since Friday to restore traffic on the roads cut off by the heavy snowfall.

Indeed, and as announced by the alert bulletin from the general directorate of meteorology, the province of Ifrane has experienced heavy snowfall since Friday and which continued until Saturday morning.

These snowfalls caused the interruption of traffic on the roads linking Azrou to Timahdite, Azrou to Ifrane, Habri to Michlifen and Michlifen to Ifrane.

The various services of the Provincial Directorate of the Ministry of Equipment, Transport, Logistics and Water, supported by local authorities and security services, mobilized all logistics to free the roads in front of road traffic and thus ensure the safety of road users.

According to the Provincial Equipment Directorate, all human and material resources have been mobilized so that this snow removal campaign takes place in the best conditions with a view to restoring traffic on all the roads which have been cut off to traffic. due to heavy snowfall.

Furthermore, the Management invited users to observe the necessary precautions by checking the condition of the tires of their vehicles and respecting the recommendations of the local authorities and the personnel responsible for the snow removal operation.
