good news announced for Bombardier

This is information that will surprise wrestling fans. While his retirement was announced, after celebrating his forty-eightth birthday last October, the wrestler from Mbour has just renewed his license at the CNG level.

Bombardier, whose real name is Serigne Ousmane Dia, renewed his wrestling license at the office of the National Wrestling Management Committee (CNG). The former king of the arenas, who celebrated his 48th birthday two days ago (October 1), is at the age limit for professional wrestlers according to the National Management Committee (CNG) of wrestling. The internal regulations of the CNG of wrestling stipulate that “ Wrestlers are allowed to continue competing up to the age of 48 provided they are clinically fit”.

However, according to wrestling news, B52 does not want to leave wrestling yet. He presented himself this Thursday to the national wrestling management committee to renew his license. A gesture which shows that the former king of the arenas wants to continue his wrestling career, despite his advanced age. This symbolic gesture marks a unique episode in the history of traditional Senegalese wrestling where the longevity of a wrestler is often tested by the rigor of this sport.

With 19 victories and 12 defeats in the arena, Bombardier wants to take on a new challenge, before leaving the arena. The wrestler from Mbour remains on two defeats against Reug-Reug and Franc during his last two outings.
