NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SUBMISSIONS will be received by the undersigned trustee by email at the address [email protected], on or before Friday February 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., for the following lots, namely:

LOT 1 – Inventory composed of labels, empty containers (jars and bottles), ingredients for the preparation of finished products and different sauces and bottled finished products.
Value at cost of ± $150,000.00

LOT 2 – Automated production line including: two accumulation tables, metal detector, bottling machine, labeling machine, “shrinker” and a lot of parts for its maintenance.

LOT 3 – Lot of varied equipment including some elements that can be integrated into the automated production line including: buffer tank, electric steam pots, Limitronic cash coder, Leibinger coder, conveyor, bottle rinsing system, compressor and air dryer Kaeser, Starke stacker, gas steam kettles, membrane pumps, manual bottling machines, instantaneous water heater, RK Machinery compressor, etc.

LOT 4 – Equipment and furnishings including: stand mixers, quality control equipment, scales, tables, stainless steel carts and supports, shelves, stepladders, tank, gas steamer, desks, chairs, computers, shelves, armchair, cooler water, filing cabinets, parking meter, etc.

LOT 5 – Handling equipment including: Toyota propane forklift, Starke stacker, manual and electric pallet trucks, Wulftec palletizer.

LOT 6 – Trustee’s rights in intellectual property: trademarks, recipes, list of clients, website, names.

When submitting an offer, the email must indicate in its subject the words “BOTTLING SUBMISSION”. Bidders would be advised to request confirmation from the trustee of receipt of their offer. All bids must be in Canadian dollars and be accompanied by a deposit equal to 10% of the bid amount.

The trustee and inspectors are not required to accept the highest or any submission whatsoever. The conditions of sale and submission forms will be given to interested parties during the visit or on request to the trustee’s office. They can also be downloaded from the trustee’s website at https://www.tremblaycie.com/actifs-a-vendre/appels-offres/. It is the responsibility of the bidders to obtain these conditions in order to comply with them, the conditions forming an integral part of the invitation to tender.
