One of the strengths of this event lies in its ability to adapt to varied audiences. Whether elites, eager for performance, or amateurs, who run above all for pleasure, everyone finds their place in the multiple events offered. Among the highlights, we find:
- The Para Cross Adapted and Handival to allow everyone to experience the magic of sport
- THE school racesperfect for introducing young people to the magic of sport in a fun setting.
- The Nordic walking and hikes, ideal for enjoying the enchanting landscapes of the park.
- The family loop to experience a special moment surrounded by nature
A little fewer people, however, in the Race des As: due to budget cuts, the race had to cancel the arrival of international runners for this 2025 edition.
For several editions, the Cross Ouest-France has been actively committed to reducing its environmental impact, thus being part of a sustainable approach.
The use of reusable glasses and the establishment of waste sorting areas reflect the organization's desire to limit the negative effects of the event on nature.
-The routes themselves are designed to respect local biodiversity, reinforcing the attraction of the site for lovers of green spaces.
In addition to the different events, the Cross Ouest-France is also a multitude of activities and moments of sharing.
The exhibitors' village, open all weekend, offers a variety of stands. If you're not into running, you can even try your hand at climbing at the Sarthe Departmental Council stand!
