Fishermen made a astonishing discovery this Friday January 17, 2025 in the afternoon at Grand Vey in Sainte-Marie-du-Mont (Manche) while they were going for a fishing trip.
During a hunt near the restaurant Chez Rogerthey came face to face with a… abandoned safe.
The police were quickly called.
Stolen the day before
After verification, the safe was identified. He had been stolen the day before in a commune in Saint-Lois. The matter was therefore entrusted to the soldiers of the Saint-Lô company.
