this festival committee launches its winter tavern with tartiflette on the menu near Toulouse

It’s an original entertainment proposition at this time of year. A guinguette arrives for the first time, in the heart of winter, in the town of Ayguesvives: it is the Glaglette !

While it's cold outside, for this evening of Saturday 1^is February 2025, the festival committee suggests meeting up around a drink, entertainment and a warm meal in the Orangerie room. On the menu? Local tartiflette et crumble.

“A friendly moment in the heart of winter”

It is its name, explained by the Ayguesvives festival committee, which first caught the attention of the editorial staff: “In winter, we are cold and on glaglate. This term made us laugh, so we called this new event the Glaglette, a totally seasonal tavern!»

The town, already accustomed to summer taverns, on the town hall or park side, is seeing a new meeting arrive in its midst for the first time, for “ a friendly moment in the heart of winter».

A local meal

On the menu for the meal which will begin at 7 p.m., a tartiflette made from local productsconcocted on siteas the committee specifies  : “The cheese comes from Aude Ô fromages and the bacon from À l'oreille du boucher, two businesses in Ayguesvives. As for the potatoes, they are produced by Les Patanas, in Montgiscard. »

And for dessert, it will be a crusta caramelized apple pie. It should be noted that participants must bring back their cutlery, plates and ecocup .

Un concert pop-rock

The pop-rock music group Givme5 will give a concert during the meal.

The Ayguesvives festival committee points out that “all revenues from the music group go to the Ammi association which represents the people with mitochondrial diseases ».

Reservation until January 22

The Orangerie can accommodate up to 150 people, so you should not delay in registering. It's possibleuntil Wednesday January 22 on the Ayguesvives festival committee website.
