The budgetary situation of the Department of Aude for 2025 will be complex. Hélène Sandragné, its president, recalled this, during her wishes this Friday, January 17, 2025. For the year to come, we therefore had to make choices, “faced with a capacity for action irremediably reduced by government choices and the current economic situation”.

However, to present a balanced 2025 budget, rather than drastic cuts, “We have carried out lacemaking work with the elected officials. But there will be repercussions. We will not be able to provide the same services. But we want to preserve the essentials, continue to be present, and reaffirm our usefulness”she assured.

Hélène Sandragné provided an explanation for this choice of communication: “I wanted the wishes to carry a strong message to say what we are doing, and we chose to do it in an offbeat way. We have no problem printing and you have no vision problem Without the action of the Department of Aude, nothing would make sense, like a text missing a few letters.
