The investigative magazine Further investigation from France 2 had affirmed that Sandrine Rousseau had provided the town hall of the 13th arrondissement with a certificate of insurance for housing in which she did not live on March 1, 2022, three days before the closing of registrations on the electoral lists and validation investitures by EELV. This document was established by an acquaintance at the request of Sandrine Rousseau, it was specified in Claire Monod's complaint.
