The ceremony of the mayor's wishes to the population of Chassignolles took place on Friday January 10, 2025. Élisabeth Labesse, retraced the main events which marked the past year, surrounded by members of her municipal council, in the presence of Virginie Élion , departmental councilor and Émilie Laverdant, collaborator of MP Nicolas Forissier.
The municipality recorded three births, two marriages, seven deaths and had to deplore the closure of a class of the intercommunal educational group (RPI) Chassignolles-Le Magny.
The museum could reopen on an ad hoc basis
She notably mentioned the opening, at the beginning of May, in the museum space on the site of the Maison des traditions, of the multi-service bar restaurant Le Panier de Célestine. At the same time, for several years, reflection has been carried out on the museum. The scientific and cultural project has already been drawn up, an essential document for writing the new visit route. “It is not possible to reopen the museum as before. We are considering a one-off opening for the 2025 season”specified Élisabeth Labesse.
The implementation of collective sanitation will continue in the town. The geotechnical study carried out, with the heavy precipitation, highlighted the need to make additional arrangements at the wastewater treatment plant.
-Necessary work at the church
At the end of the year, work on the church bells revealed a problem with the electrical installation, the roof and the interior vault. A budget of €50,000 was allocated to the roads. Some work, due to the weather, has been postponed until this year. The municipal team will also continue its work on publishing the local intercommunal urban planning plan.
The year 2025 marks an important change within the town hall secretariat, Sylvie Pirot will assert her retirement rights on 1is February, she will be replaced by Marion Moreau.
The ceremony ended with the presentation of a check for €2,678.85 to the AFM-Téléthon, collected through activities organized by the walking club and the Toufeu-Toufolk association.
