During the greeting ceremony, the mayor of Bagneaux-sur-Loing (Seine-et-), Claude Jamet, reaffirmed the strategic importance of the Balnéoli project, symbol of the urban and economic renewal of the town. “ This project is a real engine for the future of Bagneaux. It demonstrates our ambition to combine economic dynamism, modernity and quality of life,” he declared.

Designed on the site of the former Thomson wasteland, this emblematic project provides for the creation of a shopping square with a market hall, a car park, housing for seniors, a panoramic restaurant, a vertical vegetable garden, and a park open to the public. “ Balnéoli is much more than just a real estate project. It is a vision for our municipality, a living space that promotes our heritage while being part of a sustainable and inclusive approach,” added the mayor. Although the site still requires decontamination work, the municipality remains mobilized to carry out this major transformation.

The diversification of economic activities continues with the opening of a business hotel in the former Pyrex building. This structure welcomes young entrepreneurslike Keshia Gauthierot and Vincent Bernot, who launched the PDC Esthétique Auto brand there. At the same time, local services are developing, with the installation of a Pickup relay at the Rapid'Market grocery store and the recent arrival of a Fresh Burger food truck in addition to the Squadra Napolitana pizza truck.

Claude Jamet was keen to welcome these initiatives which strengthen local dynamism: “Our businesses and traders play a central role in the development of Bagneaux. Their ability to innovate and adapt is key to our shared prosperity.”
