Auctions in Haute-: a catalog ranging from the 205 CTI to the Porsche RSR

Before the extraordinary sales that await us during Retromobile week, another auction is being prepared in Haute- with a very varied catalog. We made our selection from the lots.

Sales in brief

It is the Haute-Marne auction house which is organizing this sale. It will take place on February 1st from 2 p.m. On the program, very varied lots with equally varied estimates. Useful clarification, sales costs are reduced to 12% for this sale.

The program will include 22 lots of automobilia, mainly enameled plates and miniatures or toys as well as 38 vintage cars and youngtimers. Some of these cars will be visible in the room, in , the day before the sale on January 31.

The stars of sales

We find two big estimates at the top of this catalog and they are two old German cars with 6 cylinders under the hood.

We start with the rear hood of the Porsche. So it’s an RSR… but a replica. On a 964 Carrera 4 base we find an RSR-style preparation in terms of the bodywork and an engine increased to 3.8 liters. The beast is estimated between 150 and 170,000€.

The second is a Mercedes-Benz 220 SE from 1962 (and we'll tell you more about it very soon). It has undergone a recent restoration, runs very well and presents even better. It is estimated between €90 and €110,000.

We also note

This sale in Haute-Marne will offer several convertibles in its catalog. In addition to the first Mercedes, we add a second, an SL 55 AMG from 2002 (for the moment blocked as a coupe), in very good condition and perfectly functional, there too we will talk about it again. It is estimated between 25 and 30,000€.

As for the oldest, we will find an Alfa Romeo Spider, a 2.0L version, a series 3 from 1987. Without any major defects, it is estimated between €11 and €14,000.

On the French side, we will first find a Renault Floride S from 1963. The car has been completely restored and equipped with numerous accessories. It is estimated between €27 and €30,000.

-

Older, we note the presence of a Renault MT from 1923 in the catalog. 4 cylinders and 951cm³ for this car in good condition, recently serviced, ready to drive and the very example of an affordable pre-war car with an estimate between €9 and €12,000.

More recent, we also add a Peugeot 205 CTI from 1986. 105hp engine for this car with mileage (115,380km) but still well maintained and estimated between 12 and 15,000€.

We end our tour of the catalog with cars at very low prices, but because there is work!

We start with an irrecoverable Talbot Samba Cabriolet, without a registration card but which will serve as a donor. It is estimated between 400 and 600€.

We continue with a Lancia Thema from 1985. It is a car powered by the V6… PRV! This time it's a car with 145,000km to restart. It is estimated between 2000 and 3000€.

Finally… a Bentley Mulsanne! A lot to plan for, even if the engine is running, the car is not moving. The price is very attractive: it is estimated between €4,500 and €6,500!
