A power supply fault

Normal traffic resumes around 12 p.m.
While traffic is heavily impacted between Montauban and Toulouse but also between Toulouse and Montauban at the moment, the normal resumption of traffic is estimated around 12 p.m.indicated prefect Vincent Roberti.
