Laurence Amy is the new director of national education services in Cantal. She officially took up her position on January 1st. This Thursday, January 16, she met the Cantal press and revealed her first projects.

The new Academy Inspector worked in the Loire region. She comes from Puy de Dôme (she was an assistant at DASEN 63). She chose Cantal.

She succeeds Maryline Lutic who exercised her retirement rights after 8 years in the department. And wishes to continue in the same vein..Teamwork and hands-on work.

Laurence Amy :

“While obviously waiting for the budgetary envelope that we will be able to have at our disposal, we continue to work with the district inspectors and the mayors“, confie Laurence Amy.

The closure of the Jordanne college

“We have already anticipated a little bit for the assignment of new students and the reassignment of students already present. We try to support them as best we can. We are working jointly with the department on this issue“, explains Laurence Amy. Work is also being done on inclusive systems.

Laurence Amy said she was also very vigilant about the safety and replacement of teachers.
