Vaucluse Family Planning is launching a call for donations on the Hello Asso platform: it is missing €75,000 to save two jobs in 2025. The cause? The Ségur bonus, voted at the end of the Covid-19 health crisis and extended on August 5, 2024 to staff in the social sector.
This salary increase of 238 euros gross per month per full-time equivalent was a priori welcome. Problem: no increase in state subsidies has been planned to compensate. However, this increase in expenses, left to the responsibility of the associations, is far from insignificant: “The Ségur bonus represents 17% of our total budget”, explains Anne-Lise Nadaud, the president of Family Planning of Vaucluse.
Since January, the organization has been forced to close on Tuesdays and provide three half-days less telephone service due to its financial difficulties. And this, while the Pelicot affair has led to an increase in reports linked to the freedom of speech among women: “We went from around 90 complaints in 2023 to 130 in 2024, with a pronounced increase since the start of the trial in September “, observes the president.
In parallel with its call for donations, the association was received by Françoise Lichière, municipal councilor responsible for women's rights, to discuss these difficulties: “We have received a lot of political support, at the town hall level as well as in the Senate, but given the current political instability, it is very complicated to resolve the situation,” explains Anne-Lise Nadaud.
Family planning is more essential than ever to combat violence against women. Three feminicides have already taken place in France since the start of 2025, according to the sinister count of the feminist association Nous Tous.
