“With 1,599,051 vehicles sold, Renault Group is on the podium car manufacturers with Sandero best-selling car across all channels,” notes the manufacturer. Sales of hybrid vehicles in the Old Continent increased by 45% to represent 25.5% of the group’s sales, or 7.5 points more than in 2023. electric vehicles represented 9% of total sales in Europe, including 12% in the fourth quarter. Retail sales in Europe contributed more than 63% of the group’s sales, with four models in the top ten in this category.
Internationally, Renault is recording growth in markets where new models have been launched. “Thanks to Kardian, the brand is growing by 10.3% in Brazil and 7.2% in Morocco,” underlines the group.
Renault has also indicated that it will launch seven vehicles in 2025 to support the offensiveelectrification in Europe and gain market share in its key regions.
