On the night of January 14 to 15, 2025, a fire broke out in a house on rue du 19 mars, in Logrian-Florian.
The Gard firefighters were mobilized at 11:24 p.m. to control this fire which had started in a R+1 type dwelling before quickly spreading to the roof. Thanks to the rapid intervention of the emergency services, made up of 20 firefighters and 6 vehicles, the spread of the flames to the living area was avoided.
The two occupants of the house were unhurt. They were taken care of on site and relocated by the municipal authority, present on the scene to manage the situation. The fire was brought under control after six hours of intervention. The causes of the incident remain to be determined.
