Target Figeacoise: their shooters ready for

The shooters from La Cible Figeacoise who, after having obtained excellent results during the departmental championships on December 1st in Figeac (out of 15 club shooters registered, 5 are champions of the Lot, and 4 vice-champions in their respective category: pistol, rifle and para-shooting rifle) participated in the regional 10 meter championships, which took place on January 11 and 12 at the Saint-Gaudens exhibition center.

Here again, out of eight registered for these championships, three return as regional champions and one vice-champion (including two in para-shooting). All four of them are qualified for the French championships which will take place at the national sports shooting center in Châteauroux (36) from February 10 to 15, 2025.

Catherine Robert ranks 1st in D3 pistol with a very good score of 357/400. Jacques Molné takes first place in this category in the S3 rifle. Jean and Luc Tabel took 1st and 2nd place in their R5 junior rifle category, with 590.9 for Jean and 579.1 for Luc. Léo Cahors, in cadet rifle, offers a 546.7 for a first outing in competition, and takes 9th place in a category at a very high level. Baptiste Andrieu-Magot, a young athlete in progress, produced a very honorable 467/600 in cadet pistol, and ranked 10th. Sébastien Cahors achieves 555.6 and ranks 13th in the S1 rifle category. Alexandre Adrieu ranks 48th in S2 pistol, with a score of 505/600, after only three months of sporting practice. These championships were an opportunity to discover the competition for six licensees. We will remember the pleasure of shooting in a pleasant setting, the satisfaction of seeing the results of your training, the beautiful atmosphere on the shooting ranges, as well as the pleasure of getting together and shooting together.
