The opening is imminent and it should appeal to small budgets. It will take place on Wednesday January 15, 2025, on the southern ring road of Alès (Gard). This new store is Bazarland Destock. He will take up residence in place of l’ancien Go Sport.
The Gard brand was already present near Alès, route de Nîmes, at Saint-Hilaire-de-Brethmas. It has many stores in Gard, but also in Lozère, in Tarn, in the Pyrénées-Orientales and even in Aveyron.
This choice to launch the project in Alès is not insignificant. Bazarland, proud of its local roots, wishes to give back to its city what it has given it. We are from Alès, and it is here that we have chosen to develop our business model.
“Unbeatable” prices
This time, it is not a “classic” Bazarland since the Alès department store will give pride of place to clearance. “A new concept combining quality and low prices, to boost your purchasing power,” explains the store. Find products at reduced prices and a wide range of everyday products without breaking the bank. »
With this new concept, residents of Alès can expect to find a wide range of products at unbeatable prices without sacrificing quality. Whether they are everyday products or well-known brands, everyone will be able to benefit from an offer adapted to their needs.
The brand promises “regular arrivals at unbeatable prices” and “surprise finds on each visit”. The store will offer a sales area of 2000 m2 “with 3 or 4 employees to start,” specifies Patrick Georges, general manager of Bazarland, contacted by Actu.fr.
Beyond its impact on purchasing power, this project promises to boost local activity by attracting new consumers and creating jobs.
A family brand
Created in 1989 in Gard, the Bazarland brand has continued to develop ever since. Today managed by Patrick Georges, it has more than 70 stores throughout France.
The latest opening was that of Private (Ardèche), near Valence, in October 2024.
