Covering a sample of 270 schools, this study intended to compare traditional schools to “Pioneer Schools” shows that this index is calculated according to the level of impact of the reform on the quality of education, he said. continued. According to the study, the impact is low when learning improves by 0.2 standard deviations, medium when this rate reaches 0.3 and excellent when the score is 0.4. explained the minister, noting that the rate achieved by Morocco testifies to the success of the experience of pioneering schools.

The minister recalled that the pioneer schools project targeted, last year, 300,000 students in 600 educational establishments, stressing that the challenge within the framework of this reform “does not concern the educational aspect, but rather the modalities of its implementation after the generalization of the project.

He noted that emphasis was placed, within the framework of the pioneer schools project, on developing students’ skills particularly in three subjects, namely mathematics, Arabic and French, through new methods. of teaching.
