The author arrested and judged – Le Petit Journal

During the last days of December and early January, several caravan thefts were committed in squares and in the streets of the lower Ariège sub-prefecture. Several complaints of theft and damage were filed at the city's police station, leading the Apamean police officers to launch a local investigation. It was while committing a theft from a parked car that a man was arrested by the police while committing mischief in a parking lot located near the Neptunia. The man suspected of theft tried to flee by car, driving at high speed through the streets of Pamiers. Feeling trapped, he abandoned his car and tried to escape by running but he was quickly recaptured. Taken to the police station and placed in police custody, he was questioned on various facts brought to the attention of investigators. At the end of police custody, he was brought before the Foix judicial court through an immediate appearance procedure. The man already has numerous mentions in his criminal record for other acts committed in other departments including Bouches du Rhône where he comes from. The court ruled and sentenced the author of these caravan thefts committed in Pamiers to 12 months of detention.
