A neighborhood conflict turned into an attack on Saturday January 11 in Ivry, a hamlet of Bagneux. Two men, a father and his son, aged 29 and 53 respectively, violently attacked their neighbor, aged 52, who had lived in the hamlet for a long time.

This is where the emergency services and the Vatan gendarmerie intervened. The man presents a 7-day ITT certificate, indicates the Châteauroux public prosecutor's office which confirms the facts reported by Ici Berry.
A conflict for several months
For several months, a conflict had been brewing in the hamlet. “I myself noticed that vehicles were parked in a staggered row in front of an access road. They prevented the neighbor from being able to properly get on his way”explains the village mayor, Michel Petit.
The municipal council therefore voted to install signs “parking ban” on the sides of this place. “The street is very narrowexplains the elected official. And since the person has a van, he could no longer go home. »
The two men placed in pre-trial detention
A municipal decision which clearly did not appease the protagonists of this neighborhood conflict which turned into an armed attack on January 11. “I was called to the scene”explains Mayor Michel Petit.
The fifty-year-old targeted by the father and son was taken care of by the firefighters while the two men were placed in police custody. The Châteauroux prosecutor indicates that they were presented to a representative of the prosecution on Monday January 13.
The two men should be placed under judicial supervision, subject to presentation to a judge of liberties and detention. They are subsequently summoned to a criminal hearing to be judged on these facts.
