The departmental deadline was a real success in Vittel (88)

Three of the four sessions of Athlé 52, the COSD, the ECAC, LACSHM and the CMNA met in Vittel. The athletes invited by Departmental Committee 52 distinguished themselves during their departmental athletics championships which took place on Saturday January 11. The cadet to master categories showed all their talent on the track, achieving impressive performances.

The COSD leaves with seven departmental titles and three vice-champions. The CMNA wins seven titles and two 3se places. LACSHM, with six personal bests, obtains three departmental titles, one regional master title, three silver medals and two bronze medals. The ECAC, for its part, won two departmental titles.

In the women's category, Vinciane Levain COSD was crowned Haute- junior pole vault champion with a jump of 2.60 m, an accomplishment which underlines her growing potential.

Inès Prost, representing the ECAC, also had an exceptional weekend, winning two junior Haute-Marne champion titles in height with a jump of 1 m 54 and over 200 meters (28 “95).

Anna Dupaquier, from Langres ACSHM, achieved a great performance by finishing as cadet departmental vice-champion over 60 meters in 8”74, only one hundredth of her personal best.

She was also runner-up in the 60 meter hurdles and 200 meters, setting very competitive times in her second competition as a cadet.

Ysaline Bourbotte CMNA shone over 400 meters, winning the gold medal and the title of champion among the cadets, with a time of 67”41. Flavie Lecourt, although disqualified over 60 meters, was able to make up for it in length, where she finished 6th, with a jump of 3.87 m, allowing her to also obtain the title of Cadet Departmental Champion. Lola Puchly, from CMNA, for her part, showed great consistency with two remarkable performances: she won 3rd place over 60 meters (9”04) and also finished 3rd over 200 meters (30”14), both of which were hers. worth the title of 3rd cadet departmental.

Margot Schafer (CMNA) made a strong impression with a series of exceptional performances, taking the top step of the podium in the triple jump (10.14m), 60 meters (8.56) and 60 meters hurdles (10.49). ), all earning her the title of cadet departmental champion.

Yamina Mahieu-Aime (CMNA), for her part, represented the seniors brilliantly, finishing 4th in the shot put (8.50m) and winning the title of senior departmental champion.

Among the men, Antoine Roy LACSHM shone in the cadet category, winning two cadet departmental champion titles. Over 60 meters, he achieved a remarkable time of 7”46, which allowed him to climb to the top of the podium.

His excellence was also manifested in the 200 meters where he ran in 23.81, thus confirming his status as a promising athlete. Results which rank it among the best historical Haut-Marne performances. Lorenzo Lacroix COSD demonstrated his speed by being crowned hopeful departmental champion over 60 meters, with a time of 7”41, while adding another title in the 200 meters with a time of 23”69. He is preparing for the regionals and the French championships with his objective of going below 23 seconds.

Roy Florian: a master of the shot put on these departmentals

Florian Roy (LACSHM) in the Masters “2” category, excelled in the weight throw (7.260 kg) with a throw of 13 m 52, which earned him the title of departmental and regional masters “2” champion. His experience and technique allowed him to achieve exceptional performances, thus adding another title to his list of achievements.

This performance allowed him to qualify for the French championships. We will have to follow him until the world championships which will take place in the United States in the spring.

Timéo Kolp (COSD) was the protagonist with his performances over 60 meters and 200 meters, winning the title of Cadet Departmental Vice Champion with respective times of 7”65 and 25”35.

Antoine Lombart (COSD) also excelled, becoming junior departmental champion in the 60 meter hurdles (9”72) and finishing vice-champion in the 200 meters. Gauthier Renard (COSD) won the title of junior departmental champion in the triple jump, with a 10m79, while his teammate Clément Rubert shone over 60 meters and 200 meters, adding two junior departmental champion titles to his record.

Arthur Covelli (LACSHM) stood out for his first competition. Although he finished 3rd departmental cadet, with a time of 8.50 over 60 meters, he also had a good run for his 200 meters, in 28.24, thus securing a 3rd place in this discipline as well.

Alexi Leotier CMNA also shone in the 400 meters, where he finished 2nd in the “5” final (64”12), earning him the title of Cadet Departmental Champion. His commitment and determination suggest a promising future for this young athlete.

These departmental championships have once again highlighted the talent and perseverance of Haut-Marne athletes. Congratulations to all participants for their great performances and see you at the next regional competitions.
