Le Café de l'Homme is recruiting a: Restaurant Room Manager (M/F) Reporting to the Restaurant Room Director and General Management, the Restaurant Room Manager (M/F) ) is responsible for the supervision, coordination, control of restaurant staff and budget management under the control of the Restaurant Room Director. Position context: High-end French and international clientele 110 indoor seats including 16 seats private dining room 180 seats terrace Up to 600 seats/day Hours: 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. Open 7 days a week The Manager of the Restaurant Room (M /F) is responsible for staff and ensures both efficiency and quality of service in order to satisfy customers.
