Akhannouch: “We must integrate the new features of the Family Code into the party agenda”

For the head of government and president of the RNI, it is obvious to revise the Family Code to respond to contemporary issues and guarantee the well-being of the Moroccan family.

HM the King wishes to strengthen the centrality of the family in the project of building modern Morocco. The proposed reforms are part of a participatory and inclusive approach, taking into account the cultural and social specificities of Morocco. By involving various actors in society, these initiatives aim to position Morocco as a model in the region and internationally in terms of women’s and family rights.

According to him, the RNI must mobilize its efforts and work to create the necessary mechanisms to integrate the contents and novelties of the Family Code into the party’s agenda during the various upcoming political events organized by the various authorities.
