Twice a week, they allowed women to meet together, in complete privacy. Quiet. “We created these women’s naturist slots, because the public service delegation that we have with the City does not allow us to create discriminatory slots according to sex if there is no justification such as nudity for example The law prohibits any gender segregation in public spaces. We therefore set up three nudist niches two years ago: women, men and mixed. Thus, we respect the tradition of nudism as well as the baths. Strasbourg have shared with Germany for a long time…”
A laudable intention which has met with great success. Around sixty women attended these twice-weekly slots.
Yes, but now, as described in his press release published on social networks, the situation escalated quite quickly. As the internal regulations were not respected, the tone between the bathers and the supervisors grew ever higher, to the point of insults and shoving towards the latter.
“Between maintaining these slots and the safety of my employees, I had to choose. It’s very unfortunate, but that’s how it is…” These slots had already been suspended last November for the same reasons. “Some women come dressed, others bring black soap which blocks the pipes. One day, we refused entry to a twelve-year-old child, the naturist slots being reserved for adults, we found her in the changing rooms , her mother had hidden her…”

It must be understood that if the situation does not improve, I only have two possible options: cancel all the naturist slots or keep only the mixed slots, too bad for this special moment for the women, I have no choice.”
