The Marchica lagoon, located in the province of Nador, is preparing to welcome an exceptional tourist complex spread over 154 hectares.
During its last board of directors, Marchica Med SA announced a turning point in its strategy by initiating an opening towards the private sector, with the aim of accelerating the development of the City of Atalayoun, the central component of the construction project. development of the Marchica lagoon, initiated in 2008 under the leadership of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.

This 19,000 hectare site, including 7,700 hectares of land and 11,300 hectares of aquatic surface, represents a true natural gem.
