A sought-after house in Nièvre to host the filming of a short film

As part of a short film shoot Compostdirector Jennifer Lumbroso is looking for a house, with a garden, located between Garchy, Prémery and Saint-Malo-en-Donziois, with the following characteristics: pretty facade on the garden side (old or modern), the front door of the house which ideally overlooks the living room (minimum 30 m², TV sofa/dining table area), kitchen open to living room (dining table can be in the kitchen), opening onto the garden via bay window (possibly French window).

A bedroom, which can contain two single beds, decorated as a children's bedroom from 5 to 12 years old, with a window overlooking the garden. The latter of medium size, possibly with a tree in its center and a space that could allow the construction of a compost (land approximately 2 meters by 2 meters).

Filming is scheduled from Saturday February 22 to Friday February 28, with the possibility of coming one or two days in advance to build the compost. The production plans to cover €600 for the entire shoot. Insurance is provided by the production.
