This year, it is in the Professional category that the store stood out, by presenting a frangipane pancake. “We made it with bon butterof the vanillaand eggs,” he smiles.

The cakes are already available in store, and will be accompanied by other variations, a little less classic, for once. “We will also propose the chocolate pancakeand the pancake chestnuts “, he specifies.

A multi-award winning bakery
