Vigicrues has placed rivers in the Doubs department on yellow alert for flooding this Monday, January 6, 2025 at 3:56 p.m.
The front evacuates towards the east Monday evening. Precipitation expected across all basins is low to moderate. The LPN around 1000-1200m during the day will drop to 600-800m in the evening. The snowmelt on the Vosges and the Jura continues during the day from Monday until Monday evening before the cooling begins.
For the Savoureuse (from Ballon d’Alsace to Sochaux), green level vigilance:
No special vigilance required.
For Allan (from Allenjoie to Bavans), yellow level vigilance:
Light to moderate precipitation is expected in the evening. They will slow down the decline. During the night from Monday to Tuesday, the levels of the Allan will remain close to the levels of first overflow.
For the Doubs upstream of the Arcier (from Mathay to Besançon), yellow level vigilance:
A new front brings precipitation on Monday evening with an LPN around 1000-1200m. Then, the following night, in a much cooler atmosphere, setting up a more or less active train with an LPN 700-900m.
