Weather in Morocco: it will still be cold this Tuesday

Here is the weather forecast established by the General Directorate of Meteorology for Tuesday January 7, 2025:

– Quite cold to cold weather with frost or ice in the Atlas, the South-East, the Rif, the eastern highlands and the phosphate and Oulmès plateaus.

– Slightly to temporarily cloudy skies over the extreme northwest of the country and the Rif.

– Local foggy formations on the Northern and Central Plains, the Saiss, the phosphate plateaus, the Oriental and the north of the Saharan provinces, particularly in the morning.

– Gusts of wind locally quite strong over the Oriental and the east of the Mediterranean shore.

– Local dust removal in the south of the country.

– Minimum temperatures of around -02/05°C in the Atlas, the South-East and the eastern high plateaus, 06/12°C near the coasts and in the Tangier region and the North and Atlantic plains. Centers and 07/14°C in the South of the country.

– Daily temperatures rising.

– Slightly rough to rough seas in the Mediterranean and on the Strait, rough to rough seas between Tangier and Cape Hadid and slightly rough to rough seas elsewhere.
