Between the salary offered, the all-expenses paid reception conditions and the promise of taking it easy”in the tropics“, a doctor could easily be tempted by one of the recruitment offers that we found on the Internet, aimed at professionals in France!

This way of recruiting in a hospital environment greatly displeases those involved in the Guadeloupe Hospital Federation (FHG). Its president, Doctor André Atallah, issued a press release to denounce it; a document titled “unsuitable formulas to attract doctors“.
In a context of serious tension in medical demographics in Guadeloupe, the contribution of employment and recruitment agencies is important (…). However, under no circumstances may it be associated with the idea of “lazing around” in a job offer. The FHG strongly denounces the useless, inappropriate and counterproductive nature of this argument.
