About Us
The Seine-et-Marne Cancer League is a 1901 law association based on the generosity of the public and on
the commitment of its volunteers. It develops its actions around four main social missions: aid
to patients, support for cancer research, information and prevention, defense advocacy
rights of users of the health system. The league fights against cancer, both its causes and its effects
and psychological, economic, physical, social and moral consequences.

Job Description
As part of his duties and in conjunction with the federal services, under the authority of the Board of Directors, the Coordinator of the Seine-et-Marne Cancer League committee will have the particular mission of:
Ensure administrative, HR and statutory management
You follow regulatory developments in terms of remuneration/loyalty, annual interviews.
You coordinate the team of employees: reporting training needs, monitoring variable payroll elements (schedules, leave, recovery), centralization of travel expenses, mission orders
Ensure budget management and marketing
You participate in the development, control and monitoring of the budget.
You are involved in the management of legacies and grant requests.
You follow marketing campaigns linked to head office services.
Your transversality makes you a support for analytical accounting.
Manage daily operations
You ensure the proper conformity of the premises, paying attention to the material working conditions of employees and volunteers.
Develop partnerships
You are involved in canvassing new partners for the committee. You monitor agreements and alert the President or the administrators concerned of changes in situations (progress updates, renewals.)
Organize Public Relations and external communication
You participate in and/or organize events (trade fairs, conferences, public events.), ensure political representation by delegation from the President, get involved in public relations (media, partners, health structures, communities.)
Intervene directly on social missions
You welcome sick people and their loved ones, liaise with hospital coordinators, set up well-being workshops, lead and participate in prevention actions, select research teams
Coordinate the activities of volunteers and service providers
You are involved in the recruitment, reception, training and support of volunteers and service providers. You set up meetings and convivial moments of exchange for volunteers.
You coordinate the interventions of service providers, establish or ensure compliance with the schedule of interventions and meetings.
Level of initiative – Autonomy: The coordinator benefits from autonomy within his or her scope of intervention
Internal relationships:
All departmental stakeholders in La Ligue: administrators, employees, service providers and volunteers
External relations:
Public actors in health action (local elected officials, ARS, CPAM, hospital.) and the various partners, town halls.
