This is Olivier Thenaille, who was responsible for eleven years for the legal affairs department of the ARS of Limousin, then of the ARS Nouvelle-Aquitaine. This former lawyer at the Paris bar, aged 53, holds a master's degree in public law (major public services and institute of judicial studies), obtained in 1995 at the Faculty of Law of Limoges.
He has held various positions in health insurance organizations, notably at the Retirement and Occupational Health Insurance Funds (CARSAT) of the Center-West, as head of the legal and inspection service, as well as for the account of the Old Age Insurance Fund for Salaried Workers (CNAVTS), as head of the legal service, and to CARSAT Centre-Ouest in Limoges as head of assistance in project management of the national litigation project.
His professional career also led him to hold positions at the ARS Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur where he was responsible for missions.
“Get involved in piloting”
“His appointment as director of the Haute-Vienne departmental delegation of ARS Nouvelle-Aquitaine is an extension of his internal career within the agency and his desire to get involved in the management and the implementation of the regional health project in the department,” indicates the ARS press release announcing his taking office.
Olivier Thenaille succeeds Sophie Girard, who joined the Limoges University Hospital in July 2024 as director of logistics and hotel resources, after three years at the head of the Haute-Vienne delegation.
